“Hot Sauce” sounds a lot like a Red Hot Chilli Peppers track — it has a strong bass line, unique guitar riffs, and an ADHD way of changing musical phrases often. The only thing missing is the off-kilter vocals of frontman Anthony Kiedis.
Even without the lyrical talent of the Califorinia native, however, “Hot Sauce” stands strong on its own. Theres definite movement from the song that makes it feel as if it’s always pushing you forward.
